Episode 01: Salvatore Ferragamo

Join us as we get up close and personal with the world renowned Salvatore Ferragamo and his amazing Tuscan Winery, IL Borro. We learn a little bit more about his personal family life/history and how he made the transition from the family's fashion business to his passion of farming.

We also participate in a highly structured tasting of his La Melle Chardonnay, IL Borro Red Blend, and Polissena Sangiovese. Salvatore's commitment to the environment is admirable as the entire Tuscan estate with its luxurious hotel and vineyards are all biodynamic and embrace green sustainable farming. They are 100% farm to table and we will be discussing Salvatore's future plans for London as well.
